This site is dedicated to discovery. It’s a tribute to magical places and people. It’s about lessons. It’s about life starting anew every morning. And a world without judgements. It is about finding my tribe, and making the most of my time here. This space is a sort of declaration. At times, it’s a confessional. It’s my musings from a place of wonder, reflection, and quiet power.
This site is born of the road. It’s born of loading up my 4-Runner with one suitcase, a huge box of old writing, my laptop, a bag of thumb drives, my fifteen-year-old daughter, a fish named Mushu and a dog named Charlotte, and driving from a tiny Texas town to The Big Apple because an old dream never died.
This site is about jumping. At 45. Because I couldn’t breathe anymore…
